At The Candlelight Theatre, giving you an enjoyable experience is our top priority. We encourage buying tickets ONLINE, however, there are many circumstances which may warrant a call to our Box Office at 302.475.2313, including: HANDICAP SEATING :: requesting seating with ANOTHER PARTY :: concerns about DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, or any questions you may have about the Candlelight experience. Our Box Office is typically open Monday through Saturday at 10am; we close at 5pm except Saturdays when we close at 4pm; we return voicemails during Box Office hours.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Ticket prices vary depending on the show and date. Adult tickets for mainstage shows start at $69.00 with discounts for Candlelight Season Pass holders, groups and tours, as well as youth pricing. The ticket price includes a dinner meal served before the show. For information on pricing for a specific production, CLICK HERE and choose your desired date.
ARE THERE PROCESSING FEES?
Yes. $1.50 is added to each ticket, whether purchased online, over the phone or in-person, but it is included in the price you see listed.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKET(S)?
Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged into a performance of the same production for a fee of $5.00 per ticket. See Exchange Policy below for more details.
ARE CHILDREN’S TICKETS AVAILABLE?
Tickets for children ages 4 to 12 are available at a discount. NOTE: Many of Candlelight’s performances are appropriate for all ages; however, it is best to check our individual show page for details or to research online whether a show is right for your young person. Due to the intimate size of our theatre, and sensitivity to all our patrons, children under 4 years of age are not permitted to attend.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
WHERE DO I PARK?The Candlelight Theatre has a private parking lot, as well as overflow parking. The four handicap-accessible spaces in the front of the building are first-come, first-served; there are additional accessible spaces in our recently resurfaced lot, which wraps around our building. Overflow parking is in the Ivy Gables parking lot (the senior living center on Harvey Road and Swiss Lane).
DOES THE THEATRE HAVE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATING?Yes. Please call the Box Office at 302.475.2313 so the staff can assist you with assigned seating. DO NOT DELAY – the best seating is made available when arrangements are made early. Other accessibility tips: For those with mobility challenges, please enter the theatre through the lobby. There is access to the restrooms from the main floor with no steps or ramps.

Your arrival time is assigned; look for an email from us 2—3 days before your ticket date that confirms your arrival time. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well or have a fever. Dinner will be served to you (buffet is currently on hiaitus).
The Candlelight Theatre reserves the right to ask a patron to leave if unwilling to respect the safety and comfort of other patrons in the theatre and our artists.
WHAT IS THE TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY?
Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged into a performance of the same production for a fee of $5.00 per ticket. Ticketholders who exchange into a performance priced at a higher rate will be charged the difference. This fee is waived for Candlelight Season pass holders. WHAT IS THE SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY?
If there are uncontrollable circumstances which cause a performance to be cancelled, all ticket holders will be notified. Exchanges, free of any fees, will first be offered to a future performance of the same production or any future production in the current season. If a future performance cannot be scheduled, a refund can be processed; however, exchange credits from a cancelled show can be carried over to a future season.
