HANNAH DUGAN is honored to make her Candlelight debut! A fifth grader in BSD’s gifted program, favorite roles include Young Anna in the Delaware premiere of Frozen: The Broadway Musical, Janis in Mean Girls, Jr., and Jane Banks in Mary Poppins: The Broadway Musical at the Wilmington Drama League, running this December.
